He also oversaw psychiatry, rehabilitation, children, and youth welfare groups in Rhineland-Palatinate, Rhineland, and Westphalia. His responsibilities extended to personnel, legal, tertiary, business areas of rehabilitation, children, and youth welfare, and outpatient care from Münster.
Sascha John's tenure saw notable accomplishments like the successful restructuring of the Evangelical Hospital in Münster and the consolidation of cleaning and catering areas into a joint holding company. In the personnel department, he introduced a uniform, group-wide HR software, modernizing and streamlining operations for the Alexianers.
