Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and related public health measures, the Citizen's Office was closed from March until Thursday, May 13, 2020. No appointments were made or kept during this period.

In a recent development, an employee of the Citizen's Office tested positive for coronavirus. However, all other employees were tested as a precaution, and no further infections were found.
