Jair Bolsonaro released from hospital, reveals detection of an early form of skincare cancer
Former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro was discharged from the hospital on Wednesday, following a series of health issues and a cancer diagnosis. On Sunday, Bolsonaro had already gone to the hospital to have skin lesions removed. The tests conducted on him revealed the presence of squamous cell carcinoma, a type of skin cancer. Bolsonaro was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday due to vomiting, dizziness, and low blood pressure. Dr. Claudio Birolini, who examined Bolsonaro's test results, confirmed that two of the lesions removed from him were an early type of skin cancer. Despite being discharged, Bolsonaro will need routine check-ups due to the presence of squamous cell carcinoma. His health condition has improved, but he will continue to receive follow-up care. Dr. Douavio Figueiredo Braga, the doctor who examined Bolsonaro's test results regarding sarcoma cells, is overseeing his care. The prognosis for early-stage squamous cell carcinoma is generally good with proper treatment and follow-up care. The Brazilian public and international community are closely monitoring Bolsonaro's health situation, hoping for a full recovery.
