New Orthopedics and Surgery Practice Opens at Gesundheitscampus Quirlsberg
A new medical practice, specializing in surgical and orthopedic news, has opened its doors on Gesundheitscampus Quirlsberg. This addition to the existing medical services available at the campus aims to provide high-quality care from a single source.
The new practice is a result of the merger of two existing practices: the MVZ for Orthopedics & Trauma Surgery of Dr. med. Folker Franzen and Dr. med. Christopher Wallraff, and an unnamed practice from the Evangelisches Krankenhaus Bergisch Gladbach (EVK). The new practice has moved into the premises of the EVK, located on the Gesundheitscampus Quirlsberg.
Sebastian Haeger, Managing Director of Gesundheitscampus Quirlsberg, is pleased about the addition of the orthopedics and surgery news to their brand area. The medical team of the new practice includes Dr. med. Bjoern Kamphues (Medical Director), Dr. med. Klaus Bieber, Dr. med. Folker Franzen, Dr. med. Ulrike Viehoff, Dr. med. Christopher Wallraff, and Marko Skok. They offer a wide range of services, treating a wide range of conditions, from acute injuries to chronic diseases.
Special examination and treatment procedures for vessels, joints, and soft tissues are part of the services offered. The practice offers modern diagnostics and therapies, as well as outpatient surgeries in the fields of orthopedics, trauma surgery, general surgery, and vascular surgery. The Gesundheitscampus Quirlsberg concept includes combining outpatient and inpatient medicine at one location. In addition to the new orthopedics and surgery news, the Quirlsberg Medicine brand area also includes a practice for neurosurgery, a practice for gynecology in the Ärztehaus 1 at EVK Bergisch Gladbach, a practice for gynecology in Bergisch Gladbach-Schildgen, and a practice for surgery in Lindlar.
