Two women lean on a unique approach during their respective life stages of birth and menopause
A new fitness studio, "Momentum", has recently opened its doors in Marbach, Germany. The studio, founded by physiotherapist and personal trainer Christine König, aims to fill a gap in the market by focusing specifically on women's health.
Christine König, who has been a self-employed personal trainer for around 10 years, offers various fitness courses at the studio. Her expertise extends beyond general fitness, as she has a special concern for the health of pregnant women and young mothers.
The studio's team consists of women specializing in areas such as personal training, group fitness, nutrition coaching, and rehabilitation therapy. New members include Anna Pliwischkies, an expert in Pilates, Jana Denzer, a yoga teacher, and Christina Häußler, a certified meditation and mindfulness trainer.
One of the unique features of "Momentum" is the "Women Circle", a free, regular event where women can exchange ideas and information on various topics. The inaugural session of the "Women Circle" will focus on "Pelvic Floor Health" with Christine König on Saturday, November 15th at 6 PM.
Until recently, Christine König's courses and workouts were at different locations. By bringing everything together spatially, she aims to provide a more cohesive and supportive environment for her clients.
The name "Momentum" refers to the impulse for movement and the English word for "mom". This dual meaning reflects the studio's focus on fitness and its dedication to supporting women throughout different stages of their lives, including motherhood.
In the future, there will be something in the program for children at "Momentum". This expansion reflects the studio's commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle for the entire family.
