Yakutsk Marks Elderly Day with Free Health Fair
On October 1, Yakutsk marked the International Day of Older Persons with a 'Health Fair' event. The Yakutsk Republican Clinical Hospital organised the event, offering free check-ups to the elderly.
The fair, held at a special home for the elderly and disabled on Pushkin Street, saw 94 senior citizens receive consultations. Specialists from the hospital provided examinations focusing on cardiovascular, joint, skin, hearing, and respiratory system diseases. Despite the event's success, the leader of the hospital who organised it remains unidentified, as search results did not provide this information.
The 'Health Fair' aimed to detect diseases early and preserve the health of Yakutsk's senior citizens. With the help of various specialists, the event provided valuable check-ups to 94 elderly individuals.
